2. What battery capacity should I choose? (mAh)
With most smartphones today, the 2800mAh option will provide up to 1 full charge, whereas the 4500mAh option will provide up to 2 full charges.
Note that this is just a general estimate and we cannot guarantee the exact amount of charges as it depends on your device's battery capacity (mAh).
For example, an iPhone 11 has 3110mAh. It would make sense to get the 4500mah option as this would provide 1 full charge, and approximately 30% extra battery life on 2nd use of The Jetpack.

3. Does this work with a phone case?
Yes, The Jetpack can work with most thin phone cases that are below 1MM in thickness.
However, please note that we cannot guarantee that it will fit properly with your case as this charger is intended for use on the bare structure of your device.
4. Does this work tablets?
Yes, The Jetpack can also work with tablets such as the iPad, Galaxy Tab, Microsoft Surface, Amazon Fire HD, and more!
5. Can I charge my phone and the battery pack at the same time?
Yes, this The Jetpack contains the same charger port as your corresponding device.
When The Jetpack is already plugged into your phone, you can simply plug your adapter and your device will charge as normal.
6. What is the max output rate of this charger?
The Jetpack has a wattage of 10W and a charging output rate of 2.1A, which is 2x faster than the standard output (1A) of typical adapter cubes such as what is included with your iPhone.
